Postpartum Doula Support

The postpartum period, or fourth trimester, often requires just as much care as pregnancy and birth. Through the postpartum packages, I can provide you with the help needed to ensure you get some rest and recovery, emotional support and increased wellbeing.

The postpartum period, or fourth trimester, often requires just as much care as pregnancy and birth. Through the postpartum packages, I can provide you with the help needed to ensure you get some rest and recovery, emotional support and increased wellbeing.

Postpartum support includes:

  • Support and care for your newborn baby and some help with any other small children you may have

  • Emotional and listening support based on your personal needs

  • Light household work and cooking based on your wishes. It is also possible to pre-order my postpartum meals for me to bring as I come to your home

  • Guidance and reassurance through new parenting challenges

Together we will shape the postpartum support based on what you wish for and need for each visit.

Postpartum services are booked at £35 per hour, a minimum of three hours per visit. I also offer the following package prices:

Package 1 1 x 4 hr postpartum support = £135

Package 2 4 x 4 hr postpartum support = £520

Package 3 8 x 4 hr postpartum support = £995
